Preparation

  1. Put the flour with the baking powder on a pasta board. Cut the margarine into pieces and crumble them. Then add the sugar and eggs and knead. Add a dash of rum until you get a smooth shortcrust pastry. Let it rest in the cold for half an hour.
  2. In the meantime, peel and cut the apples. Mix together with cinnamon, rum, sugar, and the squeezed lemon.
  3. Roll out half the dough and place on a greased baking sheet. Spread the apples over it. Now roll out the rest of the dough and pour it onto the apple mixture. Bake the cake at 200 ° C for 45 minutes.
