- Put the flour with the baking powder on a pasta board. Cut the margarine into pieces and crumble them. Then add the sugar and eggs and knead. Add a dash of rum until you get a smooth shortcrust pastry. Let it rest in the cold for half an hour.
- In the meantime, peel and cut the apples. Mix together with cinnamon, rum, sugar, and the squeezed lemon.
