Asparagus Sous Vide Recipe
Gentle preparation and asparagus can be done easily with sous vide, the process of the award-winning chefs.

- Peel the white asparagus and remove the woody end and place it in the vacuum bag.
- Grate the peel of the untreated organic lemon with a grater and add it to the bag along with the butter, sugar, and salt.
- Now remove the air from the bag using a vacuum device and seal the bag.
- The sealed bag is then placed in the steam cooker or in a sous vide device for approx. 30 minutes at 85 degrees.
- Take the finished asparagus out of the bag and serve with boiled potatoes and a hollandaise sauce.
