80 G butter
200 G Flour
1 Pk vanilla sugar
0.5 Pk baking powder
3rd Pcs Eggs
140 G Icing sugar
140 ml milk

Preparation

  1. For these fluffy muffins, first, beat the eggs in a bowl until frothy. Sprinkle the icing sugar with the vanilla sugar. Add the flaked butter. Beat nice and foamy.
  2. Then stir in the milk with the flour and baking powder alternately.
  3. Fill a muffin tin with paper muffin cases and pour the mass into the cases. The molds may only be filled up to half or a little above with the mass. If you don't have any paper cases, you can omit them and grease the muffin tray with butter.
  4. Bake the muffins at approx. 180 degrees in a preheated oven with top and bottom heat for approx. 30-40 minutes (middle shelf). Then take the muffins out of the oven and let them cool.
