- For these fluffy muffins, first, beat the eggs in a bowl until frothy. Sprinkle the icing sugar with the vanilla sugar. Add the flaked butter. Beat nice and foamy.
- Then stir in the milk with the flour and baking powder alternately.
- Fill a muffin tin with paper muffin cases and pour the mass into the cases. The molds may only be filled up to half or a little above with the mass. If you don't have any paper cases, you can omit them and grease the muffin tray with butter.
- Bake the muffins at approx. 180 degrees in a preheated oven with top and bottom heat for approx. 30-40 minutes (middle shelf). Then take the muffins out of the oven and let them cool.
