75 G sugar

1 Egg
500 G Quark
150 G sugar
3 Rd egg yolk
2 Cups 200 ml sour cream
150 Ml oil
125 Ml milk
1 Pack Custard powder
3 Rd protein
1 pinch (s) Salt

Preparation Cheesecake with 2 layers

  1. Knead a shortcrust pastry out of butter, 75 g sugar, flour, baking powder, and 1 egg and briefly put in the fridge.
  2. Mix the curd, 150 g sugar, 3 egg yolks, sour cream, oil, milk, and custard powder well. Save 1 cup of the mass.
  3. Grease a 28-inch baking pan and spread the shortcrust pastry evenly on the bottom and edge. Put the curd mixture on the dough and bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes at 175 degrees top/bottom heat.
  4. Shortly before the end of the baking time, beat the egg whites with 1 pinch of salt and 3 tablespoons of sugar until stiff. Then fold in the curd cheese set aside and pour the cream onto the baked cake. Bake for another 15 minutes.
  5. Important! Let the oven cool slowly with the oven door slightly open so that the cake does not collapse.
