- Wash the meat and pat dry. Season with salt and pepper. Heat oil in a pan. Fry the fillets vigorously on all sides for approx. 5 minutes.
- Wash and halve tomatoes. Pick, wash, and finely chop the basil leaves.
- Bring the cream to a boil in a saucepan. Stir in the processed cheese and let it melt. Season with salt and pepper. Stir in 2/3 of the basil.
- Put the meat and tomatoes in a greased baking dish. Pour sauce over it. Cut the mozzarella into small pieces and spread them over the meat. If you like, you can spread grated Parmesan and 1 tablespoon of herb butter in small flakes. Bake in the preheated oven (200 degrees or 175 degrees with circulating air) for about 30 minutes. Take out and sprinkle with the remaining basil.
