Ingredients for 4 servings

350 G
Ribbon pasta
1 EL butter
200 G smoked salmon
1 Pcs Clove of garlic
0.5 Federation parsley
1 prize pepper
1 cups Whipped cream
1 prize salt
0.5 TL
Lemon juice
1 Pcs onion

Preparation

  1. Cook the pasta al dente in salted water as directed.
  2. Heat the butter in a saucepan or pan. Dice the onion and garlic and lightly brown in the pan. Add the cream or creme fraiche and let simmer for 5 minutes. Stir several times.
  3. Cut the salmon into strips and stir in. Season with salt, pepper and parsley and season with lemon juice. Drain the pasta and arrange on the plates with the sauce.
