- Cook the pasta al dente in salted water as directed.
- Heat the butter in a saucepan or pan. Dice the onion and garlic and lightly brown in the pan. Add the cream or creme fraiche and let simmer for 5 minutes. Stir several times.
- Cut the salmon into strips and stir in. Season with salt, pepper and parsley and season with lemon juice. Drain the pasta and arrange on the plates with the sauce.
