Preparation

  1. For the salmon tartare with smoked salmon, cut the fish very small. Peel the shallots and also finely dice them. Wash dill and coriander, drain and chop.
  2. Mix everything well in a bowl and season with lemon juice, oil, salt and pepper.
  3. Let it soak in the fridge.

Recipe tips

Form small tartlets from the tartare (round biscuit molds can also be used) and garnish with lettuce or finely chopped vegetables.
