Ingredients for 3 servings

1 kg Potatoes, floury
450 G Leaf spinach, TK
4th Pcs Garlic cloves
3rd Pcs Salmon fillets a 120 grams
1 Pcs Lemon, untreated
4th EL
Creme fraiche Cheese
50 ml
White wine, dry
100 ml
Vegetable soup, of course
2nd EL Butter or flakes of butter
1 prize salt
1 prize pepper

Preparation

  1. For the salmon from the oven, the potatoes are first washed, boiled until they are bite-proof, and then peeled.
  2. Then the potatoes are mashed with a potato masher and the potato mass is evenly distributed in a buttered baking dish.
  3. Now the ready-to-cook frozen leaf spinach and the peeled and chopped garlic are distributed.
  4. The salmon fillets are washed, patted dry with kitchen paper, and also placed in the baking dish. Each fillet is topped with two slices of lemon.
  5. Then the creme fraiche, the white wine, and the clear vegetable soup are mixed in a bowl and poured over the salmon into the baking dish.
  6. Spread a few more flakes of butter in the tin, season with salt and pepper, and bake for 20 minutes in the preheated oven at 200 degrees (top/bottom heat).
