Salmon Out of the Oven Recipe
The gentle way to prepare a salmon is to cook it evenly in the oven - here is the recipe.

- For the salmon from the oven, the potatoes are first washed, boiled until they are bite-proof, and then peeled.
- Then the potatoes are mashed with a potato masher and the potato mass is evenly distributed in a buttered baking dish.
- Now the ready-to-cook frozen leaf spinach and the peeled and chopped garlic are distributed.
- The salmon fillets are washed, patted dry with kitchen paper, and also placed in the baking dish. Each fillet is topped with two slices of lemon.
- Then the creme fraiche, the white wine, and the clear vegetable soup are mixed in a bowl and poured over the salmon into the baking dish.
- Spread a few more flakes of butter in the tin, season with salt and pepper, and bake for 20 minutes in the preheated oven at 200 degrees (top/bottom heat).
