- For the delicious recipe, the onion and the garlic are first peeled and finely chopped. Drain the olives and cut in half. Cut the toast into small pieces and grind them with the mixer.
- Wash, dry and chop the basil. Cut the salmon into four equal pieces. Heat the onion and the garlic in a pan with a little oil and roast. Simmer the ingredients for about 10 minutes and then season with salt and pepper.
