Salmon Spread Recipe Cream Cheese
As a snack or dip, a salmon spread is always a hit. Lubricated on bread or with baguette as a dip. The recipe is wonderfully easy.

- Cut the salmon into small cubes, mix with salt, white pepper, lemon juice, crushed garlic, and olive oil in a bowl and leave to stand in the fridge for about 15 minutes.
- Then puree the salmon mixture with a mixing stick or chopper (or turn it through a meat grinder).
- Cut the onion into small cubes - briefly boil in lightly salted water, strain, chill and let drain - you can also use the onion pieces for the salmon spread without boiling them.
- Then slowly stir the double cream cheese (such as Philadelphia, Buko, Exquisa, ...) into a bowl until creamy. Add the dill, the boiled onion pieces, and the salmon mixture and mix well - place in the fridge and serve cold.
