  3. Stir the curd until smooth, then gradually add all the ingredients and stir well. Pour the very liquid mass into the springform pan and bake the cake for 70 minutes.
  4. In the meantime, beat the egg whites with the icing sugar until stiff. After 70 minutes, take out the cake and spread the egg snow about 1 cm thick on the topping. Not all of it will be needed! Bake another 10 minutes on the same heat.
  5. Then let the cake cool a bit and carefully loosen the edge of the springform pan with a knife. Let the cake cool on the bottom of the springform pan for several hours. If everything worked, the tears should appear when cooling down on the egg white. The cake tastes good without it!
