- Crumble the butter cookies, mix well with the liquid butter and press the mixture onto the bottom of a baking pan. Bake at 180 degrees in the preheated oven for 5 - 10 minutes, then take out.
- Mix the sugar with the starch, cream cheese, and lean quark until creamy. Add the egg, cream, and lemon juice and stir until smooth. Do not beat with a mixer, but stir slowly until creamy, this is very important.
- Spread the cream on the pre-baked base and bake the cake for another 45 minutes. When the edge is slightly brown, remove it.
- Mix the ingredients for the icing, spread the icing on the cake, and bake the cake again for 5 minutes.
