Preparation
- Finely chop the peeled onion and roughly chop the basil leaves.
- Wash salmon, pat dry, season all around with salt and lemon juice.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry salmon steak on both sides for 5 minutes. Put the onion cubes in the pan and roast. Add tomatoes and deglaze with vegetable stock, cook briefly. Season with salt and pepper and sprinkle the basil leaves.
